Representing a well-known electronics retailer in a domain dispute
Käosaar has assisted an internationally known electronics retailer in defending their trademark rights against an Estonian company who had registered a domain name similar to the trademark. The dispute was taken to court, resulting in an agreement, by which the opposing party agreed to waive the use of the domain name in the areas of activity of our client.
